Our practice development labs
We have 5 practice development labs where you can test clinical methods, processes and tools before adopting them into clinical practice.
There's a movable wall between the following labs, and you can hire them together if you need a larger space.

Furniture and medical devices
We can set up the room with a range of furniture and medical equipment, including:
- patient beds and trolleys
- medical supplies and workstations
- IV pumps, defibrillators, ventilators and vital signs machines
- mobile computer with a large screen for presenters
- furniture, including tables, chairs and cabinets.
We offer AV support and all equipment is on wheels and easy to move around. Some labs also have hand wash basins, ceiling hoists and lifting equipment.
Training devices
We have task trainers and manikins for practising:
- CPR and airway management
- ultrasound scanning
- intravenous, intraosseous and arterial lines (IV, IO and Art)
- indwelling catheters (IDC)
- central venous, rapid infusion and peripherally inserted central catheters (CVC, RIC and PICC).
Our staff can also take part in nursing and medical simulations.
