The annual Queensland Audit of Surgical Mortality (QASM) Seminar was held at SCHI last week. It was exciting to host such a fantastic event both in person in our Auditorium for our local surgeons, and to also deliver the event live, online for surgeons across the state.
The theme of the day was ‘Surgery: Timing is Everything’. A lot of excellent presentations were given throughout the day, and SCHI, with support from the SCHHS, was given the opportunity to showcase our amazing simulation facilities and run a live simulation to the participants of the Seminar.
